Terms and Conditions of Contract – Torre Sever
1. Reservation and confirmation
The reservation of the date and space for the event will be confirmed with a deposit of €2,000 .
This amount is non-refundable in any case of cancellation by the clients.
2. Prices and payment terms
All prices indicated are excluding VAT .
The payment method will be established once the reservation is formalized.
The payment will be divided into at least three installments , including the final payment.
100 % of the total cost of the contracted services must be paid no later than 15 days before the date of the event.
3. Duration of the event
- The welcome drink, aperitif and banquet service lasts a total of 5 hours .
- An additional 2 hours of party with open bar are added , already included in the price.
- It is possible to hire extra party hours and open bar , upon request and at an additional cost.
4. Special conditions
- Any surprises or special activities organized by guests for the bride and groom will be deducted from the total party time.
- The DJ for the event must be provided by Torre Sever .
5. Menu test
The tasting menu is included for the couple .
If more people attend, the cost will be €75.00 + VAT per person , with a maximum of 8 people in total .
6. External suppliers
- If the photography service is contracted with a supplier recommended by Torre Sever , the menu for the supplier’s staff is included .
- Otherwise, it will be the couple’s responsibility to cover the cost of the menu for external staff, at a price of €75.00 + VAT per person .
- It is essential to contact Torre Sever beforehand before hiring any external supplier .
7. Rules for using the space
The use of confetti, firecrackers, fireworks or sirens is not permitted , for safety and maintenance reasons.
The use of the fountain pond is completely prohibited .
8. Liability for damages
Any material damage caused by guests during the celebration will be billed directly to the contracting couple .
